5th Dan in Kyokushin Karate and Budokai. Has been a Kyokushin karateka for 22 years+

Competed in the Welsh Open many times at the ages of 23-27

Previously taught in Juitsu Kai Karate Club and has also trained ikido and jujitsu.

Has travelled to Switzerland for the Summer Camp in 2013

Practicing Kyusho (pressure point knockout) for the past 2 years

3rd Dan in Kyokushin Karate and Budokai. Has been a Kyokushin karateka for 20 years+

Welsh Wuku champion (under 18's) in 1996 for 3 years running

Welsh Kata Champion in 1996

Won numerous clicker fights at the age of 17

Competed in numerous knockdown fights from the age 18-present

Travelled to Switzerland, Italy and Germany for summer camps, fights and seminars from the year 2012

Practicing Kyusho (pressure point knockout) for the past 2 years
